If I was three years old, some might call me a whiskey but I’m not, and, just to be clear, I’m not claiming to be. Rather than hiding away in a dark barrel to meet my minimum age requirement, I’ve been finished with a radically different® pressure and oxygenation process. An innovative fusion of tradition and technology, flavors and aromas are extracted not only from my fermented grains and charred white oak but also hand selected air-dried and sustainable black cherry.
